These Terms govern your use of WpMation ("the Service"), a tool for migrating WordPress websites between hosts. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering. New accounts require administrator approval before they can run migrations. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You may only migrate WordPress sites that you own or are authorised to manage. You must not use the Service to access, copy, or move data without permission. Abuse, attempts to disrupt the Service, or use for unlawful purposes may result in suspension.
Each account has a number of transfer credits (a quota). A credit is consumed when a migration job starts. Credits and plan allowances are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are currently activated manually by our team.
To perform a migration you provide credentials for your source and destination sites. These are encrypted while a job runs and removed afterward. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Migrations involve third-party WordPress sites we do not control; we are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from a migration. Always keep an independent backup of any site before migrating.
